Beslan Eshba was born in 1967 and graduated from the State Institute of Agriculture with a specialty in engineering and technology. Prior to his current position, Eshba served as an advisor to the President of Abkhazia.
Sukhumi is the capital and largest city of the Republic of Abkhazia, located on the Black Sea’s eastern coast.
Sukhumi’s history can be traced to the 6th century BC and it is now a holiday resort attracting hundreds of tourists.
