Jenishbek Toktorbayev was a deputy of the 7th convocation of the Kyrgyz Parliament

Osh is the second-largest city in Kyrgyzstan, located in the Fergana Valley in the south of the country.

Osh is Kyrgyzstan’s most ancient city, dating back some 3,000 years, and was a famous town market along the Silk Road. It still is, while some industries have developed in the city, including silk and cotton textile production and food processing.

The city also enjoys a diverse culture and natural attractions.
