Amman is the capital and the largest city of Jordan, and the country’s economic, political, and cultural center.

The city has been a human settlement since remote antiquity, witnessing countless rulers throughout its long history. But major developments were made after World War I, when Amman was named the capital of Transjordan.

Amman serves the region as a trade hub, being home to numerous industries and corporates.
